Etsy Customer Conversations and Emails

If customer service is your biggest headache, let me take care of it for you. I have over 30 years customer service experience, including working for Centrelink for over a decade, so problems do not faze me. I also have English and teaching degrees, so communication of all types, with all people is well in my wheelhouse.

I can look after your Etsy conversations and emails, compile a FAQ list of responses for your shop and produce email templates for commonly used responses.

- A 20-30 minute phone conversation to work out how much time is needed per week and what exactly you need from me.
- Discuss the style and tone of responses so that they sound like they come from your shop, not mine. I want you to be completely comfortable knowing that I am going to be representing you exactly as you wish.
- I am happy to give you some sample responses to questions for feedback so that you know exactly what to expect and I know exactly what you want.

I will work with you to give your shop the customer service that best represents you and your business. I am happy to work with you on special requests as well.
